Mr. Blade Cooks Up Soul Food In Culinary Arts Class

Attached are 3 pictures of Mrs. Anderson’s culinary arts class, per. 6, which were treated to a demonstration by in-house Soul Food specialist, Mr. Richard Blade, as part of Black History Month lessons. He made fried catfish, collard greens, rice and beans and hush puppies for the students. Everything was delicious and, for some, a new experience!
