This Lesson Could Save A Life

February is Heart Health Month. Heart disease remains the leading cause of death in Connecticut and in our country. Although the number of deaths from heart disease has declined, heart health is still a major concern. Recognizing the signs of a heart attack and knowing what to do is an important part of saving lives. Seniors at MHS get certified, through the Red Cross, for CPR/AED as well as basic first aid.
