Thanks to Purple Heart Homes, a Manchester war veteran will be receiving a house to which she only has to pay 50% of the mortgage. The sacrifices she made and the time she gave to her country are now being repaid by this nonprofit organization.
A building which has been used for educational purposes in the past may just become Manchester’s fifth grade academy in years to come. The Board of Education and SMRTR Committee are in discussion over how the town will handle the building, hoping to come to a complete decision.
